  2. General Market Spotlight - Do I Stay or Do I Go?

    Monday 23rd November, 2.30pm (30 minute session)

Is now the right time for clients to make that all-important move? Should they take the plunge and invest in home improvements or that extension they have always wanted? If they're working from home indefinitely, should a client consider building a home office?

Join the Mortgage Club and our guest panellists as they discuss all this questions and more as part of a broader look at the current state of the mortgage market. This discussion will take in high LTV's, stamp duty changes, help-to-buy, shared ownership, further advances and 2nd charges, and how the current climate is affecting these.
